Responsibilities Prepare individual, small business, and corporate tax returns accurately and efficiently using tax software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks. Review financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and expense reports to ensure completeness and correctness. Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and deadlines to ensure timely filing Conduct analysis of client data to identify potential deductions, credits, or adjustments that maximize refunds or reduce liabilities Maintain organized records of all client files, tax documents, and correspondence for audit readiness Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally Skills Strong knowledge of tax preparation processes and experience with tax software.
