Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Temporary Military Sales Associate. This position will assist in customer service, cashiering, and stocking within the Military store operations. Assist with various other tasks that arise within the store. Some weekend work required. Assist with orientation fitting needs. Assist in inventory stocking, receiving, and record keeping. Operate store in absence of store manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions Requires excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize tasks; ability to maintain records, gather and process information, and to work unsupervised. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications High School Graduate or GED equivalent. 1 year retail experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with POS systems and computers preferred.
