Weekend Warehouse Associate (Sat–Sun 6am–2:30pm) – $18.50/hr Part-Time | Weekend Day Shift Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:00am–2:30pm Pay: $18.50/hr + opportunities to earn additional productivity incentives Stylish, grounded, uplifting – these values live through everything we do at Boden. We inspire you to live your best life. We are Boden. What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help ensure customer and wholesale orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. Responsibilities may include: Picking customer and wholesale orders Packing and shipping merchandise Processing and refurbishing returned items Receiving, unloading, and unpacking deliveries Stocking, replenishing, relocating, and ticketing merchandise Performing garment quality inspections Following department procedures and safety guidelines Meeting productivity and accuracy standards Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas Supporting multiple warehouse functions as business needs change Working collaboratively as part of a positive, team-focused environment What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Basic computer skills Comfortable using handheld scanning devices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements This role requires regular physical activity throughout the shift, including: Walking throughout the warehouse Standing for extended periods of time Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds Bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching Fine hand and finger movement Reading labels, screens, and order information Working in a typical warehouse environment with varying temperatures Our Behaviors’ At Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
