MyWellbeing is currently hiring Associate Therapists in New York to join our Dedicated Program, where clinicians gain clinical hours toward full licensure while developing strong skills in telehealth therapy and modern healthcare systems. The Opportunity MyWellbeing is now hiring LMSWs, MHC-LPs, and LMFT-LPs in the state of New York to join our in-house Dedicated Program looking to build their clinical caseloads starting with part-time and transitioning to full-time work. This role is designed for early-career clinicians who want to build strong clinical foundations while receiving consistent supervision, operational support, and connection to a community of therapists with the flexibility of ramping at a comfortable pace to full-time hours. As an LMSWs, MHC-LPs, and LMFT-LPs Associate Therapist, you will provide individual telehealth therapy for adult clients while working toward your LCSW. Our team supports you with the infrastructure needed to focus on clinical care while gaining valuable experience in understanding the healthcare systems we work within. Many clinicians in our program work with a diverse client population across New York, including individuals accessing care through insurance plans (and Medicaid coming soon!). This experience provides meaningful exposure to varied clinical presentations and strengthens skills that are valuable in early years of the associate training journey. Our most successful clinicians tend to be those who: Lead with empathy, curiosity, and openness in their work with clients Value accessibility and equity in mental health care Enjoy working with a diverse range of adult clients Are excited to grow their clinical voice while receiving guidance and mentorship Appreciate collaboration and learning within a community of clinicians Want to better understand the systems that support therapy practice, including documentation, insurance, and telehealth Responsibilities Provide telehealth psychotherapy to adult clients (18+) Maintain a consistent caseload of a minimum of 22 attended sessions per week Complete timely documentation in the practice management system Participate in weekly individual supervision and group consultation Engage with the broader clinician community through trainings and forums Collaborate with supervisors regarding clinical care and professional development Clinical Training and Supervision Supporting clinicians early in their careers is central to our model. LMSWs, MHC-LPs, and LMFT-LPs therapists receive structured supervision and consultation designed to help build clinical confidence and professional growth. Support includes Weekly supervision (group and individual) with experienced clinical supervisors Group consultation and case discussion Guidance on documentation and insurance processes Training on telehealth best clinical practices and operations Opportunities for continued professional development and skill-building Qualifications LMSWs, MHC-LPs, and LMFT-LPs in the State of New York Experience working with adult clients in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in building a consistent caseload while working toward full licensure Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care Compensation and Benefits Begin in a fee-for-service position as your ramp you build your caseload at a comfortable pace towards a full-time position. $38–$41 per clinical session Opportunities for increased pay at higher caseload levels Compensation increases upon achieving LCSW licensure Caseload expectation of 15+ sessions per week Paid 1:1 and group supervision Supportive growth pathway to transition to salary and benefits position.
