About the Opportunity: The Partner Onboarding Manager leads the complete onboarding process for new lender partners within a financial marketplace. This role is responsible for integrating partners efficiently and ensuring they are operationally prepared to achieve strong early performance. The position manages the onboarding lifecycle from contract signing through initial loan funding, collaborating with multiple internal teams to deliver a consistent and scalable onboarding experience. It also maintains ongoing relationships with partners to support stability and long-term success. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new lender partners from engagement to program launch. Act as primary coordinator for partners, defining clear timelines and expectations during onboarding. Lead onboarding kickoffs and oversee partner readiness in technical, operational, compliance, and commercial areas. Confirm partners meet launch criteria and are fully enabled before marketplace go-live. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, customer service, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely partner launches. Translate partner requirements into actionable internal plans and monitor onboarding milestones. Identify and resolve onboarding risks or obstacles proactively. Improve onboarding processes, documentation, and tools continuously. Monitor early partner performance metrics such as approval rates and funded volume. Work with lenders and internal teams to address performance issues and optimize outcomes. Support partners transitioning from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Collect feedback to refine future onboarding efforts. Maintain strong post-launch relationships to ensure operational stability. Serve as escalation contact for onboarding and early-stage partner issues. Conduct initial post-launch reviews to evaluate performance and alignment. Facilitate smooth transition of partners to long-term relationship management. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in partner onboarding, operations, fintech, lending, or financial services. Proven track record in managing complex partner integrations or onboarding programs. Strong knowledge of consumer lending, loan origination processes, and marketplace platforms. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations. Ability to manage multiple partner launches concurrently. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $120,000 USD annually. Eligible for performance bonus or commission and equity via restricted stock units.
