Parts Assistant - Auto Collision Pay:$18.00 - $20.00/hr.Pay is determined by experience and qualifications.Job Type:Full-time We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented In-Person Parts Assistant to join our auto collision repair team.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Order, receive and verify auto parts as requested by the Collision Advisor Distribute parts to auto body repair technicians Tag, sort, and organize parts upon delivery Confirm accuracy of parts by identification, quality, and quantity Process core returns and vendor returns promptly Maintain a clean and well-organized parts storage area Enter invoices, credit memos, and notes accurately into the system Communicate effectively with co-workers, vendors, and delivery drivers Qualifications Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficient computer and internet skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with OPS Parts Solution, PartsTrader, and CCC ONE is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Schedule Business Hours:Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm Benefits Full Time Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings account Life Insurance Employee Discount Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Language:English (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:Lake Villa, IL 60046:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
