Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the right parts for their boat maintenance or repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves efficiently Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and electronic payments with precision Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and availability of parts Maintain detailed records of inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Excel Provide excellent customer service by answering phone inquiries, offering product recommendations, and addressing concerns promptly Requirements Previous experience in marine, automotive repair, dealership, or retail sales is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and order processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and inventory control software (CMMS experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong cashiering skills Dealership experience or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities Join us as a Parts Counter Associate and become an essential part of our mission to deliver top-tier boat repair and maintenance solutions!
