Parts Counter Sales - Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson

Rattlesnake Mountain Harley-Davidson is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts Counter Associate ! Responsibilities: Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts. Help customers customize, upgrade and outfit thier vehicles Look up records and enter customer information. Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone. Receive and account for all incoming parts. Make sure all displays are organized. Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Prior sales experience, preferably in a retail environment Knowledge of powersports vehicles and parts is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent RideNow Powersports Offers You: Healthcare, Dental, & Vision Insurance (we pay a very generous portion of the employees medical premium!)
