Duties Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicle repair or maintenance needs, providing expert advice on automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or POS (Point of Sale) software Process sales transactions accurately through cash handling, cashiering, and retail sales procedures while ensuring excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to fulfill orders promptly, ensuring timely delivery of parts for vehicle maintenance or repair jobs Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stock shortages or overstocking, utilizing organizational skills to optimize stock levels Support marketing efforts by promoting relevant automotive products and accessories to customers Maintain detailed records of transactions, order fulfillment, and inventory movements for reporting purposes Skills Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and service procedures Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and customers Proficiency in inventory management systems such as CMMS or Microsoft Excel for tracking stock levels and order history Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience with automotive dealership operations or retail sales environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering best practices Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication and phone etiquette Ability to perform automotive maintenance tasks or assist with vehicle repairs as needed Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and record keeping efficiently Knowledge of dealership experience, marketing strategies, retail math, and automotive repair standards Join our team as a Parts Specialist where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
