Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Party Attendant to join our team at Jumpin' Jungle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable, safe, and memorable experience. The Party Attendant will play a key role in managing events, engaging with guests, and maintaining a fun and safe atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the event Assist in coordinating event activities and ensure smooth flow of the party or celebration Manage guest interactions, including conflict resolution and addressing concerns promptly Handle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, food, or merchandise Ensure safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after events Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety standards and enforce venue policies Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle conflict calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations Experience working with children is advantageous for family-oriented events Public speaking skills to engage audiences or lead activities confidently Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy during transactions Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance are essential Join our team to create memorable experiences for our guests while working in a lively, engaging environment that values hospitality and entertainment excellence.
