Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and other baked goods with attention to detail and consistency Decorate cakes and pastries using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually appealing desserts Package finished products efficiently while maintaining food safety standards and presentation quality Assist in food production and food preparation processes to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols Support catering events by preparing pastry items that meet specific client requests and specifications Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of culinary excellence Experience Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, or restaurant setting Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience in food production, baking, and general food preparation techniques Familiarity with packaging methods suitable for retail or catering environments Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques related to pastry arts Previous experience working in the food industry or culinary environment preferred Join us to craft exquisite desserts that inspire joy!
