Patent Prosecution Paralegal - Fully Remote

An Intellectual Property (IP) law firm located in Dallas is seeking an IP paralegal to support IP Counsel. JOB DUTIES Assisting with the filing and prosecution of U. S. patent applications Audit and manage portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process Assist with internal review and analyzation of documents Conduct research, monitor deadlines, draft responses to office actions, and provide general administrative support to attorneys REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of patent prosecution paralegal experience Long-term paralegal experience within a law firm setting SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; team player Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe) Strong technical skills required; formal technical training is a plus
