About the Role We're looking for a medical biller with deep, hands-on PAP experience — someone who has actually run applications, not just managed the queue. You know NovoCare, LillyAnswers, and myAbbVie Assist the way most people know their own phone number. This is not a general billing position. We need someone who has: Submitted hundreds of PAP applications Appealed denials and won Calculated FPL eligibility without looking it up Tracked renewals before they expire What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of direct PAP/MAP coordination experience Hands-on with major programs (NovoCare, LillyAnswers, myAbbVie Assist, or equivalent) FPL calculations and income documentation Denial appeal experience Specialty clinic, specialty pharmacy, or hospital outpatient background Strongly preferred GLP-1 PAP experience (Ozempic/NovoCare, Mounjaro/LillyAnswers) Biologic PAP experience: Humira, Dupixent, Ocrevus, Rinvoq, or similar Endocrinology, rheumatology, or neurology billing background Experience with PAP management software (AssistPoint, or similar) What You'll Get $22–$30/hour depending on experience Fully remote Flexible schedule — 10–20 hrs/week to start, growing with our customer volume Direct access to the founder — your expertise shapes every product decision Path to full-time as we scale Work that matters: patients who can't afford their medication get it because of you How to Apply Send a short message to chelsea@taliahealthcare.com Tell us Which PAP programs you've worked with most One denial you appealed and what happened Roughly how many PAP applications you process per month No formal resume required.
