Job Description
Patient Care Assistant/CNA Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest is hiring a Patient Care Assistant/CNA Welcome to Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest We have 3 OR rooms and 1 treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Spine, Pain Management. Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day. Patient Care Assistant/CNA at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodforest The Patient Care Assistant care maintains all endoscope equipment in a safe, efficient manner according to OSHA, SGNA, and manufacture guidelines. Maintain work environment in keeping with infection control guidelines to promote quality patient care. Functions within the philosophy, policies and procedures of the ASC and represents the practice within and outside the organization. Works cooperatively with all other staff members. This position reports to the Charge Nurse and ASC Director. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Technician.
