Patient Care Associate

Patient Care Associates at Mercy support high-quality, compassionate care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this frontline role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, obtain vital signs, support mobility, and ensure a safe, clean environment for patients across diverse care settings. Working closely with nurses and providers, you’ll document in electronic health records, follow infection control protocols, and respond to patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
