Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and courteous support.Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management through effective communication.Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings.Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.Support client services by resolving issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and positive rapport.Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services.Manage cash handling responsibilities when processing payments or refunds accurately during customer transactions.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.Skills Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.Strong sales aptitude with experience in outbound calling and client engagement.Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication reach.Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with a focus on customer service excellence.Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling procedures and analysis skills for performance improvement.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in typing and documentation.Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining confidentiality during financial transactions.Join us as a Customer Experience Coordinator and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
