WHAT YOU'LL DO Travel between clinic locations as scheduled — mileage reimbursed Welcome patients and create a positive first impression at every visit Schedule appointments, manage provider calendars Verify insurance, collect co-pays with confidence. Maintain accurate patient records and keep charts up to date Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Serve as the on-site point of contact — phones are handled by our dedicated call center WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1+ year of front desk, reception, or medical office experience (preferred) Comfort with traveling between locations — reliable transportation required Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems — we'll train the right person Strong communicator — equally comfortable with patients and providers Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running at any site Bilingual a plus, but not required WHAT WE OFFER Paid Vacation Starts at 90 days Stable Hours Consistent schedule Mon–Fri Growth Opportunities We promote from within Ready to make a difference every day?
