Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.This vital role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the smooth operation of our chiropractic office.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.Prior experience in chiropractic settings is not required, but a holistic approach to health is a big bonus.We are looking for someone who loves people and is excited and motivated to grow our office while changing peoples lives through the care they receive.Duties Greet patients and assist them with check-in and check-out processes Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently Manage patient records and update information accurately in the electronic health records system Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Verify insurance information and assist with billing or payment processes Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Pay:$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Gym membership Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Work Location:In person.
