The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for providing front office and patient care coordination support necessary for effective clinic operations and business functions within the medical facility. This role supports patient checkin and checkout, appointment scheduling, phone coverage, insurance verification and authorizations, referral coordination, and patient payment collection. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, clinicians, and administrative teams, the Patient Care Coordinator ensures accurate patient information, wellmanaged clinician schedules, and timely communication to support a positive and efficient patient experience. Minimum Education and Experience Two years of college and three to five years related experience; competent computer skills; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience Preferred Education and Experience Bilingual-Fluent in Spanish and English.
