About Our Practice We are a thriving, integrative medicine practice in Phoenix specializing in hormone optimization and comprehensive wellness solutions for both men and women. Our practice has experienced significant growth and we're seeking a skilled administrative specialist to join our team and support our commitment to exceptional patient care. Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the administrative expert for our practice. This role is ideal for someone with patient facing experience in an integrative medicine setting, or who has a personal interest in holistic healthcare. The right candidate will ensure exceptional patient experiences, seamless communication, and set a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience Manage scheduling, patient flow and treatment plan follow through to optimize clinic efficiency Coordinate laboratory testing, processing results and manage patient follow-up communication Assist with supplement dispensing and inventory tracking Support providers in managing patient care plans and treatment coordination Administrative Support Ensure smooth communication between patients, providers and staff Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system Support workflow optimization and contribute to operational improvements QualificationsRequired 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment Proficiency in EMR systems and other relevant software Excellent communication and organizational abilities Preferred Experience in integrative/functional medicine, naturopathic medicine, or cash-pay practices Background in hormone optimization or comprehensive wellness Understanding of both conventional and naturopathic treatment protocols What We OfferCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $18-22/hr Performance-based bonuses tied to practice growth Comprehensive medical package that will evolve with practice growth Retirement plan with company matching Paid time off and continuing education opportunities Professional development and conference attendance support Work Environment Join a growing, innovative practice at the forefront of integrative medicine Work directly with a naturopathic and integrative physicians who utilize both conventional and naturopathic approaches Opportunity to shape practice culture and operational excellence Modern office with state-of-the-art equipment and technology Supportive team environment focused on patient outcomes Growth Opportunities Our practice is growing, and we’re committed to developing our team members.
