Position Overview As our Dental Patient Concierge, you will play a central role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction through long-term follow-up care. You will serve as both the welcoming face of the practice and a key operational partner helping maintain a calm, organized, and high-functioning environment. This role combines hospitality, communication, patient advocacy, scheduling coordination, and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in helping others feel cared for and supported. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Hospitality Welcome patients warmly and personally from the moment they arrive Support patients throughout their visit with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Build strong relationships with patients and help provide a consistent concierge experience through communication Coordinate thoughtful follow-up communication including post-treatment check-ins, referral appreciation, and patient outreach Scheduling & Administrative Coordination Manage and optimize the daily schedule to support smooth clinical flow and minimize unnecessary stress or delays Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and patient communication efficiently and accurately Maintain organization across front office systems and workflows Assist with insurance coordination, financing options, and treatment-related administrative support Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to improve systems and patient communication Treatment & Practice Support Help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps with clarity and confidence Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience Support implementation of improved workflows, technology systems, and operational processes Contribute ideas and solutions that improve organization, efficiency, and patient satisfaction What We’re Looking For Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge service, healthcare administration, customer experience, dental offices, or other high-level service environments Experience with dental softwares CareStack and Dentrix is a plus Familiarity with treatment coordination, insurance communication, or scheduling is preferred but not required for the right candidate Personal Qualities Emotionally intelligent, calm, and professional under pressure Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Comfortable learning new systems, technology, and workflows Team-oriented with a growth mindset and positive attitude Passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both patients and coworkers Schedule Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 5:00pm Some opportunities for additional hours Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm What Makes This Opportunity Different Supportive and growth-oriented team culture Modern systems and forward-thinking
