Patient Scheduling Assistant

A company is looking for a Patient Scheduling Assistant who will work in a call center environment and transition to a work-from-home structure. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls from patients and complete patient registration and scheduling Provide superior customer service to a diverse patient population Transition from in-person training to a remote work environment after approximately four weeks Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required Two years of previous call center or health care experience required Associate's degree in a related field preferred Strong knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Products, is required
