How you’ll make an impact in this role Seamless Care Transitions: You will orchestrate complex schedules and referrals, acting as the vital link between our patients and a network of specialist providers. Strategic Access Management: You’ll proactively manage schedule changes and cancellations, ensuring our clinical capacity is optimized and patient wait times are minimized. Champion Patient Privacy: You will operate as an expert in site-specific protocols and regulatory compliance, ensuring that every piece of documentation meets the highest standards of safety and confidentiality. Drive Operational Excellence: By maintaining up-to-the-minute documentation, you empower our clinical teams to make informed decisions based on the most current and reliable data available. Education What minimum requirements you’ll need High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
