Job Description
Job Summary Receive incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and greet and check-in /check-out patients in the same manner, coordinate patient appointments, and collect daily cash/check/credit card patient payments. This includes those staff who are working in the designated Rural Health Clinics. Education Required Preferred High school diploma or equivalent Experience Required Two years of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a health care environment. Computer skills and working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
