Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking a Patient Service Representative Lead to support front-office operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role combines hands-on patient service responsibilities with team leadership, workflow coordination, and a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience for patients and visitors Lead front office operations to ensure efficient workflow, excellent service, and adherence to company values—both in the presence and absence of the Site Supervisor Take ownership of patient issues or incidents, ensuring timely resolution while upholding all company standards Register patients by collecting, verifying, and accurately entering demographic and insurance information in compliance with privacy regulations and registration standards Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while handling incoming calls from patients and referring offices Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams regarding appointments, delays, and patient care needs Collect payments, process billing information, and reconcile daily reports accurately Maintain organized and complete patient records, including filing, chart management, and documentation standards Promote accountability to standard work and support team adherence to policies and procedures Actively apply Lean principles, focusing on continuous improvement, efficiency, and delivering value to patients What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, support, and hold team members accountable Effective communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills, including scheduling and data entry systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality patient care What We Offer 4 weeks of PTO for full-time and 3.5 part-time team members Annual compensation reviews Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage HSA contributions and 401k matching for your future Growth opportunities through cross-training, mentorship, and leadership development Career advancement through our Lean Development and Leadership programs Why Work at IHS At IHS, you're more than an employee — you're part of a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
