District Dental Group Fairfax is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our growing team and be the first point of contact at our practice.Key Responsibilities As the Patient Experience Coordinator, you will:Welcome Patients:Create a warm and inviting environment by checking in patients and ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.Manage Communications:Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.Insurance Coordination:Work with patients and insurance providers to verify coverage.Customer Care Focus:Prioritize patient satisfaction by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and going the extra mile to provide a smooth dental experience.Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly preferred.Familiarity with dental insurance and scheduling is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A friendly, positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier customer care.Proficiency in scheduling and practice management software (experience with Dentrix is a bonus).Why Join District Dental Group?
