Overview:We are currently seeking Masking positions for all shifts to join our team.As a Masking position, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process.Duties: Prepare parts based on work instructions - Apply masking materials such as tape, paper, or other products to protect surfaces from the parylene coating - Ensure precise and accurate masking to meet quality standards - Assist in the removal of masking materials after parylene coating is completed - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Requirements: Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment and tools used in the masking process - Attention to detail - Decent vision / hand dexterity - Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate masking - Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations - Drug Screen / Background check Having a established proven long term work history is a requirement for this position!
