Pay Per Call Business Development About AllCalls.io AllCalls.io is an insurance acquisition technology platform helping agencies, carriers, and distribution partners acquire customers with greater control, visibility, and scalability. We connect consumer-initiated insurance shoppers calling in with licensed agencies and carriers across Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Life, and other insurance verticals, while giving our partners the infrastructure to track performance, monitor quality, and scale acquisition more efficiently. We’re not just another lead vendor. We’re building the technology, routing, compliance visibility, and performance infrastructure behind modern insurance distribution. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a relationship-driven Business Development professional to help expand our agency, carrier, and strategic partner network. Role Overview In this role, you will identify, acquire, and onboard insurance carriers and agencies while managing relationships and driving their success on our inbound call platform. The work blends outreach, partnerships, account management, and growth strategy. Responsibilities Acquire and onboard insurance carriers, agencies, and call centers Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Conduct targeted outreach and warm calling Negotiate terms, CPAs, expectations, and partnership agreements Support clients with onboarding, optimization, and performance reviews Identify market trends and opportunities for new verticals Track activities and pipeline in CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Attend industry events and conferences as needed What We’re Looking For Experience in partnerships, account management, recruiting, or sales Insurance background (Medicare, Health/ACA, FE, Life) is a strong plus Excellent communicator with relationship-building instincts Comfortable with outreach and consultative sales Organized, proactive, and data-driven Able to travel to conferences several times per year Compensation Competitive base salary between $65,000-$170,000 based on experience and Industry network value.
