Splash Patrol Pay Station Advisor On Duty for Dirty Cars -- & On Mission for Exceptional Service Job Summary - Pay Station Advisor Join the Splash Patrol Unit, where your mission is to guide customers through a fast, friendly, and professional wash experience.As a Pay Station Advisor, you are the first point of contact--the on-scene ambassador who ensures every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and ready for their wash.If you enjoy helping people, thrive outdoors, and bring a positive, energetic attitude to every shift, report for duty and apply today.When positions open at your location, we'll contact you.Our Pay Station Attendants help customers navigate their wash selections, understand membership perks, and enjoy a smooth, efficient visit.As the face of Splash Patrol, a friendly smile and confident, outgoing presence are essential.Primary Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm, friendly, and service-focused attitude.Assist customers in choosing the right wash package or Unlimited Membership Plan.Serve as a Pay Station Advisor, guiding customers through on-screen prompts and selections.Maintain spotless Pay Station and Command Center areas -- keeping your patrol zone clean and operational.Accurately process payments, make change, and record sales activity.Answer questions about pricing, wash options, membership perks, and property layout.Provide exceptional service that reflects Splash Patrol's values of Readiness, Service, and Shine.Carry out additional duties as assigned.Splash Patrol reserves the right to modify or update responsibilities at any time.Skills & Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred; on-the-job training available.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Service-oriented mindset with a helpful, team-first attitude.Problem-solving skills and comfort with basic math.Ability to stay calm, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be able to stand and move throughout your shift.Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.Must be able to bend, twist, and lift as needed while on duty.Position Details Job Type:Full-time Starting Pay:$12.00 per hour commission Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:From $12.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
