We are currently seeking a Payments Business Analyst to join our team in, or a commutable distance from New York City, New York (US-NY), United States (US). PAYMENTS BUSINESS ANALYST Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with at least 8 years of BA experience and strong domain expertise in Payments over the last 4 years, specifically in cross-border payments and domestic real-time payments (RTP). The ideal candidate will be skilled in translating business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and working closely with stakeholders across product, technology, and operations teams. Experience with ACH payment systems is highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment-related initiatives Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs in cross-border payments and domestic RTP systems Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement validation, testing, and deployment Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business objectives Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in payments Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions A successful candidate will be able to show (on a resume), and be able to discuss
