About Correct Rx For over 20 years, Correct Rx Pharmacy Services has been a pioneer in promoting the essential role of clinical pharmacists in the institutional healthcare arena.Our award-winning pharmaceutical and clinical programs highlight our commitment to the profession of pharmacy and the notable validation of the positive impact that Correct Rx has on the lives of our patients and public health nationwide.Job Description We need a meticulous and motivated Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic accounting team.This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about payroll and accounting, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our organization's financial success.Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle payroll processing for 350 employees on a Bi-weekly basis.Maintain and update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.Calculate and process manual checks, terminations, and garnishments in compliance with state and federal regulations.Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and prepare monthly payroll journal entries.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax withholding.Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws.Generate regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for management and HR departments.Lead and streamline the on-boarding and off-boarding payroll processes.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of four years of experience in high-volume payroll administration.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.In-depth knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, UKG, or Workday).Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and labor regulations.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience:Payroll Administration:4 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
