Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator's core responsibilities include processing payroll, resolving payroll discrepancies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and reporting regulations. The role also involves maintaining organized records and assisting with payroll-related accounting tasks. Qualifications Strong experience in Payroll Administration with knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and handling corresponding payroll integrations Foundational understanding of Accounting principles related to payroll processing High proficiency in payroll software and data management systems Ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in managing confidential financial information Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role, especially in a remote capacity
