About the Role Direct Hire Team is hiring detail-oriented, dependable people to join our employer network as Payroll Assistants and Office Support staff — fully remote across Missouri, Arizona, Montana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Kentucky. Whether you're starting fresh or building on admin experience, we provide the training, the certification, AND the placement — all in one pathway. You do NOT need prior payroll experience. More than a third of the people we place started in general office, reception, or admin roles. What makes this different: we don't just place you. We invest $1,300+ in every candidate's industry certifications, fully sponsored — from your Payroll Readiness Certificate (PRC) on Day 14, all the way to your CPP credential at Year 3.
