Role Description This is a fully remote role for a Payroll Manager located in Ellensburg, WA. The Payroll Manager will oversee all aspects of payroll operations, including administering employee compensation, managing payroll taxes and withholdings, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include handling garnishments, managing employee benefits related to payroll, and improving payroll processes for accuracy and efficiency. The role requires detailed record-keeping, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management processes Experience with handling Garnishments and navigating Payroll Taxes Familiarity with Employee Benefits coordination in relation to payroll processes Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Proficiency in payroll software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus Thorough understanding of federal and state payroll regulations Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Prior experience in a similar role or within the construction industry is advantageous
