The Opportunity We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Specialist What You Will Do Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers Prepare reports for management review Assist with benefits administration Duties as assigned What You Must Have Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (experience with Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred) Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus Benefits - Things we want you to know We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch DailyPay Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Career advancement opportunities!
