This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chicago (60608). What You’ll Do Process payroll accurately and on schedule Review timekeeping data, deductions, and payroll adjustments Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Maintain payroll records and support audits and reporting Partner with HR and Finance to ensure compliance What We’re Looking For Prior payroll processing experience Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred) Ability to meet deadlines and work independently If you’re dependable, organized, and thrive in structured environments, we’d love to connect.
