Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities: Work with a team of payroll specialists to process payroll for 600 employees across 12 different operating companies Process weekly multistate payroll Handles deductions and garnishments Assist with benefits administration and other HR duties Qualifications: Experience with ADP (specifically Workforce Now) 2 – 3 years of high volume full cycle payroll processing Strong organizational skills required Ability to think analytically and operate in a complex and changing environment Compensation: $35/hr - $40/hr Schedule: M – F 8am – 5pm June – October Hybrid option on Fridays after initial training period
