Job Description
Description Miller Management is hiring a part-time payroll specialist to service our ever-growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Our mission is to provide Expertise that brings Clarity to finances enabling leadership to have Confidence in decision making. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Compensation is based on education and experience. Skills Summary Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processes required Detailed oriented Problem solver Works well under deadlines and pressure Flexible and adaptable attitude Ability to work independently and with a team Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred Experience with churches and/or nonprofits is a plus Primary Responsibilities Process a high volume of payroll with accuracy in a team environment Payroll tax processing Process Quarterly 941’s Year End W-2 processing Assist other team members with work, when available Other duties as assigned
