Office Full Time Jan 29, 2026 Department:Communications/PBX #8470 POSITION Summary:Operates a private branch exchange (PBX) console relaying incoming and outgoing calls, pages authorized personnel, acts as hospital receptionist, processes all outgoing and incoming mail, assists in admitting patient, and serves as cashier, as required.Experience in customer service and/or multi-line phone systems Basic computer software experience (MS Office, Word, Excel) Ability to handle high call volumes Type 40WPM Position Pay Range:$18.63- $27.45/hour In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs.Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only.A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.ECRMC strives to ensure that our employees receive equal pay for equal work in line with our commitment to being an equal opportunity employer..
