In this role, the P&C Manager acts as a strategic and operational leader who works with management to create a values-based culture and align HR strategy with business objectivesKey responsibilitiesStrategic guidance: Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager on all people and culture issues to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.Talent management: Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development. This involves creating and monitoring the onboarding process to ensure new hires align with company values.Compensation and benefits: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and comply with legal requirements.Compliance and safety: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, especially in a food production environment.Culture and engagement: Act as a culture champion by fostering collaboration and creating programs that shape a positive, values-based culture.
