Job Title:Full-Time PCA (Personal Care Assistant) - Saint Paul/Roseville, MN Location:Saint Paul / Roseville area, MNHours:25-40 hours per week every other weekendSchedule:Consistent, long-term positionClient Type:Adult, bed-bound client Job Description:We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support a male client living in the Saint Paul/Roseville area.This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone committed to providing high-quality, hands-on care.The client is bed-bound, so applicants must have experience using a Hoyer lift, providing bed baths/showers, and performing frequent repositioning to ensure comfort and skin integrity.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assisting with dressing and choosing weather-appropriate clothing Providing full grooming and hygiene care (oral care, hair care, shaving, deodorant, nail care) Assisting with bathing and showers using a Hoyer lift Toileting support, including perineal care and incontinence management Safe positioning and repositioning in bed and/or chair; monitoring for pressure areas Meal setup, feeding assistance as needed, and basic meal preparation Observing and reporting changes in condition, mood, behavior, or skin Providing companionship, supervision, and ensuring a safe environment Supporting non-skilled health-related tasks per care plan Required Qualifications:PCA certification or ability to meet PCA requirements Hands-on experience with Hoyer lifts (required) Experience caring for bed-bound clients Ability to provide showers and full personal cares Dependable, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule Comfortable working every other weekend Compassionate, patient, and respectful of client privacy and dignity Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours:25.0 - 40.0 per week Benefits:Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Work Location:In person.
