Overview Faith Home Care is immediately hiring for an experienced and reliable PCAs (Personal Nursing Assistants) to provide personal care services in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams. Qualifications Possess a current TB test. Be able to work the entire schedule. Be in good standing with NC state regulations. Possess a smart phone with reliable internet connection and the ability to leave voice messages. Be highly reliable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably and safely. Be able to work weekends. The chosen candidates should also be able to accurately complete and submit paperwork within the required time frame. Weekly paperwork is submitted by 9:00 a.m. EVERY Monday. Please Note: Faith Home Care's offices are located in St. Pauls, NC. and Raeford, NC. Orientation takes place in our Raeford, NC location. Candidate will be paid for orientation which is two hours. Hourly wage: $13.00 per hour.
