We're looking for a dynamic individual to scope, plan, and manage CAMS (Computerized Asset Management System) deployment projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning these projects with our established Maintenance Excellence framework and PMO governance. A Day in the Life Of Scope, plan, and manage CAMS deployment projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders. Engage with site leadership and functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation and resolution. Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project delivery. Support go-live and stabilization activities for successful project transitions. Operate within the standard project management framework and PMO governance. Key Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience managing complex projects within a structured project management framework. Proven ability to manage project timelines, risks, and issues. Strong experience engaging and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Capability to operate effectively within PMO governance. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Effective communication skills for providing clear project updates. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment. Self-directed, accountable, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivery and execution. Must Have 5 Years of Project Management experience. Nice to Have Change Management Specialist experience.
