Pediatric Dental Assistant

We are a friendly, patient-centered pediatric dental practice in Hyannis seeking a dental assistant to join our team on Mondays from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work in a supportive, well-run office that values kindness, teamwork, and professionalism. While the current opening is for Mondays only, there may be opportunities for increased hours in the future as our practice grows and team members retire. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families and takes pride in helping create a calm, positive dental experience. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Help children feel comfortable during visits Support patient flow and maintain an organized clinical environment Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Qualifications Licensed Dental Assistant Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable working with children of all ages What We Offer Friendly and supportive team environment Competitive compensation based on experience Modern pediatric practice Opportunity for future growth and expanded hours If you are dependable, positive, and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you.
