We provide in-home and community-based pediatric occupational therapy for children of all ages across the Charleston area. Our mission is simple: empower therapists to provide exceptional care, feel valued, and live well. Your Role Evaluate and treat children in home and community settings Create and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation (evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, LMNs, equipment documentation, etc.) Build strong relationships with families and coordinate care with them directly Collaborate occasionally with physicians, orthotists, early interventionists, and DME providers to support optimal outcomes If you’re looking for meaningful work, professional freedom, and a team that values both excellence and balance, we’d love to hear from you.
