Description Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator Location: 928 Jaymor Rd, Southampton, PA 18966 Schedule: Full-time with flexibility of evenings and weekends Compensation: $17.50–$20/hour (based on experience) Bilingual Preferred Front Desk Position Schedule: Sundays (Southampton): 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM(occasionally earlier if additional coverage is needed) Mondays (Southampton): 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Tuesday–Thursday (Northeast): 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Fridays & Saturdays: Off About the Role: We are seeking an organized, people-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our Southampton team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for families and providers, you will ensure scheduling, communication, and overall client experience are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the front desk and reception area Greet families warmly and provide excellent customer service Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments accurately Complete and review client intake documentation Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain organized logs and records for insurance and visits Communicate with providers and parents to ensure scheduling accuracy Assist with company events, community activities, and office projects Qualifications: 1+ year of administrative or front desk experience (medical office experience preferred) Strong multitasking and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality service Familiarity with medical insurance processes (preferred) Must be available on weekends What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off Health insurance options Supportive and collaborative work culture 401k If you’re dependable, professional, and enjoy helping families, we’d love to hear from you!
