Job Description
Position Overview We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Pulmonologist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary pediatric specialty practice. The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care to pediatric patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions while collaborating closely with a team of specialists in a dynamic clinical environment. This opportunity offers the ability to practice in a high-performing pediatric pulmonary program with access to advanced diagnostics, in-house research infrastructure, and emerging AI-driven clinical initiatives. Physician Pediatric Pulmonologist Location: Long Beach, CA Pay- Open for discussion Key Responsibilities Provide expert medical care to pediatric patients with respiratory disorders, including but not limited to: o Cystic Fibrosis o Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia o Severe Asthma o Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia o Complex and rare pulmonary conditions Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Participate in inpatient service rotations and outpatient clinic coverage. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Participate in case conferences, clinical consultations, and care planning discussions. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical processes. Contribute to research activities, academic development, and education of trainees or mid-level providers (if applicable). Maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
