Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a school setting in Dover, NJ, with a start date of ASAP through the end of the school year on June 19th. The role involves providing speech therapy services primarily to preschool-aged children at a single campus. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, aiming for approximately full-time hours. Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy to preschool students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Deliver services in-person, with potential incorporation of teletherapy methods when appropriate. Desired Qualifications Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience working in school settings, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy. Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage young children effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
