POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient Pediatrics role focused on preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care from infancy through adolescence Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedules supporting provider work-life balance Mission-driven healthcare environment serving rural and underserved communities Dedicated 1:1 staffing support designed to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency Scenic western New York community offering outdoor recreation, close-knit neighborhoods, and slower-paced rural living COMPENSATION Base Salary: $250,000 – $280,000 based on schedule Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available NHSC student loan repayment eligibility SCHEDULE Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedule Outpatient-only practice setting No required weekends Optional weekend shifts available Approximately 5 phone-call only days monthly ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care services Coordinate continuity of care and specialty referrals Perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference Collaborate with dedicated 1:1 staffing support teams Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for patient documentation ENVIRONMENT Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting Rural mission-driven healthcare environment Team-based collaborative pediatric care model Dedicated 1:1 staffing support structure Teaching affiliation opportunity with rural residency program BENEFITS Option for 100% employer-paid medical insurance plan Dental and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 4% 28 PTO days plus 2 personal days 5 CME days plus annual CME stipend 7.5 paid holidays annually FTCA malpractice coverage provided Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 candidates Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics REQUIRED Clear and active New York medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Comfortable providing full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care REQUIRED Passion for serving rural and underserved communities REQUIRED Ability to work autonomously within team-based care model REQUIRED New graduates welcome H1B and J1 candidates welcome Not ready to formally apply?
