RaisingHealth Partners, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit, is dedicated to breaking down barriers to healthcare for immigrants and underserved communities. Each year, we proudly help over 20,000 New Yorkers access critical health and social services. We’re looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Peer Specialists. What You’ll Do: Provide outreach and education to the immigrant community on healthcare access, social services, and immigrant rights. Offer interpretation, case management, and follow-up for individuals in need of support. Build relationships with community members and advocate for their needs. Help families adopt healthy behaviors and access the care they deserve. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin and English. A compassionate advocate who enjoys working with diverse communities. Prior experience in case management, outreach, or social services is a plus. High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Why You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive pay. This is a full-time role, Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm, with opportunities to grow within the organization.
